The buyer has the right to return a Product, within 14 calendar days, without citing any reason and without incurring costs other than those of delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Product expires within 14 days from the date on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Product or the last batch - in the case of the delivery of a product that consists of several batches.
If the Order is paid, the Seller will reimburse the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing Harris Holding SRL by the Buyer of his decision to return. The amount will be returned as follows:
Harris Holding SRL may delay refunding the amount until receipt of the Products sold or until receipt of proof that they have been dispatched, if it has not offered to recover the Products themselves (the latest date will be taken into account).
After the check by Harris Holding SRL staff of the returned and claimed Product and finding the non-compliant taste, texture, or smell, the amount related to the non-compliant Product will be refunded or it will be replaced by sending a Product of the same nature.
Visible transport damage or missing parcels MUST be reported directly to the driver upon receipt, otherwise, transport insurance does not apply to the goods.
If the damage is not visible on the outer packaging, the damage must be reported to us by phone no later than 5 days after receiving the delivery. After this period no compensation is paid.
Since, in the case of distance sales, the Buyer does not have the opportunity to check the Products before the conclusion of the contract, he has the right to withdraw from the contract. For the same reason, the Buyer is allowed to test and check the Products it has purchased to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and quality of the Products. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and quality of the Products, the Buyer must handle and inspect them in the same manner as it would be permitted to do in an actual physical store. The Buyer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the Products resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to determine the nature, quality of the Products. If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal after having used the Products to an extent that exceeds the limit necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and mode of operation, the Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Products. The original packaging of the Product is an integral part of the Product. As a result, we recommend that the Buyer, when exercising his right of withdrawal from the contract, returns it in its original, undamaged packaging. Any decrease in the value of the Products resulting from improper handling and/or storage of the Products is the responsibility of the Buyer.
If a Product ordered by the Buyer cannot be delivered by Harris Holding SRL, the latter will inform the Client/Buyer of this fact and will return to the Buyer's account the equivalent value of the Product, within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date on which Harris Holding SRL became aware of and notified the Buyer about this fact.
