Here Is the Story of This Avocado Oil
In 2018, I traveled to the country where I was about to become part of a team of outstanding professionals — a team with whom I would go on to produce one of the finest avocado oils in the world. This country, which holds a special place in my heart, is UGANDA!
Here, avocado oil is made from a unique blend of avocado varieties — many of them unknown, unregistered, and, here lies the true secret: wild! Yes, these are avocados that aren’t conventional, or certified organic, or ecological. They are wild.
In the western region of Uganda, near the Rwenzori Mountains, small farmers don’t have the financial means or technical knowledge to use chemical fertilizers. In this region, nature alone decides what grows, how it grows, and how much is produced...

Throughout 2019, I returned to Uganda three times, continuing my search for a trustworthy supplier for the avocado oil of my dreams. That same year, in Uganda, I met someone to whom I would later owe one of the most beautiful professional experiences of my life. I like to call her “my sister from another mother.” Together, we began searching for real, next-level avocado oil producers.
2023 – This was the year that marked the beginning of my dream coming true! It started with a significant increase in the demand for avocado oil, which pushed me to search even more actively for potential suppliers.
But the most exciting moment came in March, when I was asked if I would be interested in working as an Avocado Oil Specialist and Sales & Marketing Manager for a German avocado oil factory in Uganda!
The actual collaboration began in early July when, after four years, I returned to one of my favorite countries!
After a short visit to Kampala and heartwarming reunions with dear friends there, I headed to a city in western Uganda, near the border with Congo — Kasese!
It was here that I began to live my dream!
The beginning was tough — even though I found a team of true professionals led by an exceptional German engineer, it took a lot of effort to reach the point where we were producing one of the finest avocado oils in the world!
I was there from the very beginning, involved in all the preparations for starting avocado oil production, and I witnessed the glorious moment when the very first drops appeared — to the joy and satisfaction of all of us who had worked so hard to make it happen!
Through fire and trials, from agony to ecstasy and back again, we succeeded in creating one of the best avocado oils I’ve ever tasted, ever used in salads, and ever cooked with!
Laboratory tests carried out both in Uganda and South Africa gave us the ultimate confirmation of everything we believed.
The satisfaction was even greater when I became the first customer of this blessed production — and soon, we’re set to become the first importer in Europe of this emerald liquid.
2024 is the year we achieved our very first import of this exceptional Avocado Oil!
